Ask For A Sign.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11‬ ‭

So many times we come to a crossroads in life whether it be a relationship, a job, a new opportunity, or anything else. We think that we cannot come to a decision because we don't have the understanding to know the future. God knows all things, He is always there to give us a sign when we ask. Today, if you're at a crossroads know that God will give you a sign if you only ask Him to. When you come to God and ask for Him to show you which path to take, He will never let you down. Life might be confusing but God knows what is best for you, and which path will be the best for you to take. The Bible says in Jeremiah 29 verse 11, He knows the plans He has for you, they are good and not for a disaster to give you a future and a hope, know that He has amazing things for you if you will leave decisions in His hands. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps.” Proverbs‬ ‭16:9‬ ‭ “Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed.”Proverbs‬ ‭16:3‬ ‭ “May he grant your heart’s desires and make all your plans succeed.” Psalms‬ ‭20:4‬ ‭

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
