Mind On The Kingdom.

“And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” Philippians‬ ‭4:8‬ ‭

God put that dream in your heart for a reason. When you dream about something that will help the Kingdom of God, that is a dream from God. The Bible says that all good and perfect gifts come from above. When you dream of a ministry, helping those you know need to find Christ, and being a vessel for God, God is working through you to accomplish those things. When dreams come into your mind that are for the greater good and will help others that is most likely God. You just have to come to a place where you train yourself to have your mind on things above instead of things of this earth. When you're busy focused on things above you don't waste your dreams on fame, money, or earthly treasures instead you are focused on the things you can bring to heaven with you, lost souls. Today, pursue those dreams God has placed in your heart for His Kingdom! Keep your mind on things above and not earthly things. In all things what is most important is that your mind remains on the main thing, His Kingdom! Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.” Ephesians‬ ‭3:20‬ ‭ “We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.” 2 Corinthians‬ ‭10:5‬ ‭ “Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed.”Proverbs‬ ‭16:3‬ ‭ “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11‬ ‭

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
