Show His Kindness.

“In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.”Matthew‬ ‭5:16‬ ‭

Leave a sprinkle of Jesus wherever you go, you can leave others with Jesus on their mind by the way you act and the way you speak. You are a walking example of God's love and grace. You can be the person who shows the unconditional love of Jesus to those around you and those you meet. You never know the battles someone is facing that they don't talk about, be like Jesus and be kind and loving to everyone. Sometimes we have a bad day, where we just want to cry, on those days kindness means so much and brightens our lives, be that bright light of kindness to everyone everyday. You can help others by being like Jesus. Today, ask yourself what would Jesus do and how would He treat those around you and those you meet? That is how you should treat them. Here are some verses to reflect on today. ““You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden.” Matthew‬ ‭5:14‬ ‭ “But if we are living in the light, as God is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin.” 1 John‬ ‭1:7‬ ‭ “No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house.” Matthew‬ ‭5:15‬ ‭ “This is the message we heard from Jesus and now declare to you: God is light, and there is no darkness in him at all.” 1 John‬ ‭1:5‬ ‭

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
