The Seasons Matter.

“For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.” Ecclesiastes‬ ‭3:1‬ ‭

For the single people if a man is not after God's heart He is not meant to hold yours. If you're in a relationship, your focus should be on how you can better each other for your ministries uplift each other, and encourage each other. A relationship is more than taking pictures and posting them on social media, it's deeper than that. It's about using your relationship to show Christ's love through how we love each other. You have to ensure your relationship stays pure and set an example to others. If you're single use this season as a way to grow in Christ and find out what you need to do to spread the Gospel. Today, focus on whatever season you're in and make sure you are using it for the good. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “But in my opinion it would be better for her to stay single, and I think I am giving you counsel from God’s Spirit when I say this.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭7:40‬ ‭ “They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do.”Psalms‬ ‭1:3‬ ‭ “So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.” Galatians‬ ‭6:9‬ ‭ “Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end.” ‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭3:11‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
