You Change For The Better.
“But you should keep a clear mind in every situation. Don’t be afraid of suffering for the Lord. Work at telling others the Good News, and fully carry out the ministry God has given you.” 2 Timothy 4:5
When you truly dedicate your life to God you no longer fit in where you used to. You might feel like an outsider to those you've been close with for years, but God will send you the right people to fit in with. When you find a true relationship with God you begin to change sometimes in ways you don't even notice. Your mind becomes clean and you start to focus more on things above than on earthly things, you begin to find out that your so-called friends aren't chasing after the things that you are, and you begin to see the beauty in everything knowing that you Father created it, you begin to forgive more easily because you want others to feel the same forgiveness you feel daily from God, you begin to see that God isn't looking at you as someone with a million mistakes He is looking at you that is forgiven. Today, you need to focus on the aftermath of finding God, making sure you are baring the Fruits of the Spirit, make sure you're feeding your Spirit. Going to church is great but you have to find time with God daily in order to grow. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.’” Mark 12:30 “The man answered, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your strength, and all your mind.’ And, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”” Luke 10:27 “But if you stop your sinning and begin to obey the Lord your God, he will change his mind about this disaster that he has announced against you.” Jeremiah 26:13 “Teach me your decrees, O Lord; I will keep them to the end.” Psalms 119:33
