You Are Not Forgotten!

“Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.”” Hebrews‬ ‭13:5‬ ‭

What you are praying for is worth the wait! God doesn't ever put us into situations that we cannot grow, learn, and be blessed from. I know that there have been times when I have questioned if God had forgotten me, but every time I did He came through! God doesn't forget His children, and most of all He never lets us down. When the doubt creeps in and makes you think you are forgotten remind yourself of how God has come through every single time for you. He has and will never abandon you. God doesn't forget us the Bible says. Know that those moments when you pray and feel like your prayers arent being heard, that they are. God is taking care of all those things you're stressing about right now. He already has a way out He is just waiting for you to put it in His hands and for you to let go. Today, give it to God and watch how He works it out. You are heard, loved, and never forgotten by Him! Here are some verses to reflect on today. “No one will be able to stand against you as long as you live. For I will be with you as I was with Moses. I will not fail you or abandon you.” Joshua‬ ‭1:5‬ ‭ “Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.”” Deuteronomy‬ ‭31:8‬ ‭ “So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”” Deuteronomy‬ ‭31:6‬ ‭ “No, I will not abandon you as orphans—I will come to you.” John‬ ‭14:18‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
