Your Vision.
“But Noah found favor with the Lord.” Genesis 6:8
Sometimes faith will make you look foolish until it happens. Think of the story of Noah, everyone thought he was losing it until it began to rain. He had a vision and trusted God, he knew what was coming but also knew he had enough faith. He knew the flood was going to happen because he had favor with the Lord. He also knew that his family would be safe. Sometimes people don't understand our vision for the kingdom of God, and that is okay because that vision is for you, not them. When God gives you a vision it is for you to fulfill. He didn't ask Noah to get the people who thought he was foolish to believe him or help him build the boat. Instead, He asked Noah and his sons to build it. Today, whatever vision God has given you, don't expect others to understand or try to help you. It was a vision made for you and for you to complete. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Seven days from now I will make the rains pour down on the earth. And it will rain for forty days and forty nights, until I have wiped from the earth all the living things I have created.”” Genesis 7:4 “And be sure to take on board enough food for your family and for all the animals.””Genesis 6:21 “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” Ephesians 2:10 “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” Romans 8:28
