You're Not Alone.

“Let your unfailing love surround us, Lord, for our hope is in you alone.” Psalms‬ ‭33:22‬ ‭

Sometimes we find ourselves in a place of loneliness, which can be hard to go through. It's like all our friends seem to not exist in our lives, everyone seems too busy with their own lives, and everyone we know doesn't come around as much. In that moment of loneliness, you must remind yourself that it's often for a purpose. God doesn't send us somewhere to be lonely. He often times sends us into that season to hear Him more clearly. When you're in the lonlines you have more space and room to listen to God than when things are crowded and surrounded by noise. Today, if you're in a season of silence, or loneliness remind yourself you're not alone. You are surrounded by God and His love. He can use this season to speak to you in ways you've yet to experience. You arent alone, you're in a season of learning that will help you someday. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.” Isaiah‬ ‭41:10‬ ‭ “So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”” Deuteronomy‬ ‭31:6‬ ‭ “Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.”” Deuteronomy‬ ‭31:8‬ ‭ “Then they will learn that you alone are called the Lord, that you alone are the Most High, supreme over all the earth.” Psalms‬ ‭83:18‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. The waiting is important and a lesson is somewhere in the midst. Today, whatever it is God is having you wait for know that the season of waiting is often a time you look back on as a blessing. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
