Wherever You Go.

“This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”” Joshua‬ ‭1:9‬ ‭

Stop making it seem like God is confined to four walls. Often times people think that you can't find God anywhere except a Church, although you can. The Bible tells us that He is with us wherever we go. The enemy wants us to think that the four walls are the only place God can save us, heal us, and follow us. The truth is God can and will do any of that anywhere you are. When you're in your car listening to Christian music that is worship, when you're praying at your home that is still prayer, when the Holy Spirit comes over you anywhere, it is still the Holy Spirit. God is everywhere at the same time. Four walls cannot hold Him, as a grave couldn't. Stop undermining God. Remember that He is with you wherever you go, and His Spirit flows within you. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Wherever you go and whatever you do, you will be blessed.” Deuteronomy‬ ‭28:6‬ ‭ “For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go.” Psalms‬ ‭91:11‬ ‭ “No one will be able to stand against you, for the Lord your God will cause the people to fear and dread you, as he promised, wherever you go in the whole land.” Deuteronomy‬ ‭11:25‬ ‭ “What’s more, I am with you, and I will protect you wherever you go. One day I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have finished giving you everything I have promised you.”” Genesis‬ ‭28:15‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. The waiting is important and a lesson is somewhere in the midst. Today, whatever it is God is having you wait for know that the season of waiting is often a time you look back on as a blessing. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
