Trust In Him.

“About three o’clock in the morning Jesus came toward them, walking on the water.” Matthew‬ ‭14:25‬

The story of Jesus walking on the water has always amazed me more than anything. I cannot comprehend the way the disciples felt seeing Him come across the water, the way Peter felt walking over to Him, or the way Jesus felt when they thought He was a ghost. I think of that story a lot and question how could they doubt that it was Him and His power when they spent every day with Him? I also came to the realization that we each do the same thing every day. We grow to know God but sometimes we forget to trust Him. We might see the actions He makes in our lives, how He opens the doors for us, or even how He has done miracle sin our lives, and yet we question at times can He do it? The answer is yes, He can! In the same way He walked on the water by His power, He is in control of your life. Today, don't doubt what you see. Know it's all by His power and He will not fail you. Here are some verses to reflect on today. ““Yes, come,” Jesus said. So Peter went over the side of the boat and walked on the water toward Jesus.” Matthew‬ ‭14:29‬ ‭ “He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name.” Psalms‬ ‭23:3‬ ‭ “When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you.” Isaiah‬ ‭43:2‬ ‭ “Your own ears will hear him. Right behind you a voice will say, “This is the way you should go,” whether to the right or to the left.” Isaiah‬ ‭30:21‬ ‭
