You Are Called To Worship!

“He replied, “If they kept quiet, the stones along the road would burst into cheers!”” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭19:40‬

The Bible says that the rocks will cry out if we don't worship Him. We are designed to worship God. Sometimes people will question you and say, "Well, if your purpose is to worship God why are people evil? Why do we sin before we even understand the meaning of it?" The answer to that question is simple: we are born into the flesh and eventually born into the Holy Ghost. You sin because you don't understand the depth of letting your flesh go. You are to be born of the Spirit of God, turn from your sins, and live to worship Him. Today, know that you are called to worship God, but if you don't choose to do so, then God will find it elsewhere. The birds sing songs of praises, the ocean roars His praises, the tress flows with the wind in worship, the rocks cry out in worship, the stars and plants all align and worship, and all of creation shouts His praises. You are called to worship God. Although you're born to sinful desires you weren't designed to sin, you were however designed to worship the one and only Almighty God! “For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.”” John‬ ‭4:24‬ ‭ “But the time is coming—indeed it’s here now—when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for those who will worship him that way.” John‬ ‭4:23‬ ‭ “Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before him, singing with joy.” Psalms‬ ‭100:2‬ ‭ “I will praise you as long as I live, lifting up my hands to you in prayer.” Psalms‬ ‭63:4‬ ‭

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
