Tell The World!

“For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile.” Romans‬ ‭1:16‬ ‭

Why is it we apologize for being a Christian? I have noticed even I apologize to people at times for being too open about my faith, but why is that? It's something we are proud of. If someone were to get a promotion at their job they would tell everyone about how excited they were. Why can we not be that free to speak without feeling guilty? We say that it's because we don't want to offend others but how can we offend someone by saying how we believe. Is it that deep down we fear the judgment of others? Jesus is the greatest thing to ever happen to us and for us, so why wouldn't we shout it for the world to hear? Why would we stay quiet about the one person who can save every lost soul? We have to be open and stop worrying about hurting feelings. There is a way to speak about Jesus without pushing it onto others: being ourselves and open about our faith. Today, ensure you're not letting the world dictate how open you are about your faith. You are here to tell others about Jesus and don't hold back on the excitement of being a Child of God. Tell the world who your Jesus is, anywhere and everywhere! Here are some verses to reflect on today. “And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.” Mark‬ ‭16:15‬ ‭ “For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved.” Romans‬ ‭10:10‬ ‭ ““The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free,” Luke‬ ‭4:18‬ ‭ ““If the world hates you, remember that it hated me first.” John‬ ‭15:18‬ ‭
