The Right People.
“As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.”Proverbs 27:17
The moment you let go and stop forcing things to go the way you want is when God makes things the way they were meant to be in the first place. You hanging on to toxic relationships, and friendships is like holding on to a hot pan and asking why God keeps allowing it to hurt you. Knowing someone isn't meant for your life but continuing to hold on will only hurt you more in the end. When we cling to the people not meant for us, we miss out on those who are. The people we meet we often think we could never meet better, but we've thought about that in the past too. Today, you need to learn to trust God with who He chooses to be in your life. Just because God sends someone into your life doesn't mean they are meant to always be there. Some people come into your life as a blessing, but others come into your life as a lesson. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Walk with the wise and become wise; associate with fools and get in trouble.”Proverbs 13:20 “Don’t be fooled by those who say such things, for “bad company corrupts good character.”” 1 Corinthians 15:33 “Don’t team up with those who are unbelievers. How can righteousness be a partner with wickedness? How can light live with darkness?” 2 Corinthians 6:14 “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” Ephesians 2:10
