But First You Pray!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭

As this year is coming to an end over the next few days, we need to set goals for what we want to see in our 2025 year. I like to make a list of things I will pray over, and see if God will open those doors for me. Not every door we knock on is meant for us, but we should have faith that God will guide us in the right ways. We need to start this New Year off with prayer. Imagine the impact prayer could have on your year if you went into the New Year praising God for what He has done this year. This New Year is going to be great, I truly believe it. God is going to open doors and bless us each in different ways. Today, let's start this last week in prayer knowing God has a great plan for us. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “But when you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you, and pray to your Father in private. Then your Father, who sees everything, will reward you.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6:6‬ ‭ “I always thank my God when I pray for you, Philemon,”Philemon‬ ‭1:4‬ ‭ “Hear me as I pray, O Lord. Be merciful and answer me!” Psalms‬ ‭27:7‬ ‭ “You can pray for anything, and if you have faith, you will receive it.””‭‭Matthew‬ ‭21:22‬ ‭
