You Are Seen!

““I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.”” Jeremiah‬ ‭1:5‬ ‭

Nothing in life goes unnoticed by God. At some point in life we each feel like we aren't noticed by others, maybe it's we don't fit in at school, work or a church group. We think that others look over us and cannot see us. There is one person that will always see us though, God. The Bible says that He knew us before He formed us in our mother's womb, He sees every aspect of us and yet He loves us anyways. Feeling rejected by others tends to hurt, as it would to anyone. Feeling left out also hurts as it makes us look at ourselves less than others. The truth is others will hurt us at times, we will be left out, and sometimes we will even feel less than others, but there is another side to each of these. We sometimes hurt others, sometimes we don't fit in like we want because we aren't meant to be apart of that group, and when we feel less than someone we have to remember that material things amount to nothing and God has no favorites. We are equal to the next person. Today, if you're feeling down and out, left out, hurt by someone or less than others know that God loves, sees, hears and welcomes you. You will never be left out or hurt by God. We are all created alike and no better than the next person and sometimes we just need to remember that also means no one is better than us. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “We know, dear brothers and sisters, that God loves you and has chosen you to be his own people.” 1 Thessalonians‬ ‭1:4‬ ‭ “This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭4:10‬ ‭ “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” Romans‬ ‭8:28‬ “Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you.” 1 John‬ ‭2:15‬ ‭
