His Promise Will Come.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11‬

 ‭Hold on to God's promises everyday. We can count on God's word no matter what. We as humans tend to make promises we don't keep, often times that is due to unforeseen circumstances. Something we could not ever predict or plan for, but we intended to keep the promise. Although we aren't able to keep our promises it is not the same for God. He knows what the future holds, He knows the circumstances will come, He looks ahead of that. God made a promise to me years ago, things happened that made me think that things wouldn't come to pass after all. Through all the things I faced I held on to that promise knowing Gods word never would change, since He made that promise He knew the problems would come, which means that He would know a way out for me. He knew that I would overcome all the problems but I would also get to the promise. Today, know that whatever God has promised you that you can hold to that, God will fulfill every promise He makes. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.”” Hebrews‬ ‭13:5‬ ‭ “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” Romans‬ ‭8:28‬ ‭ “For God’s gifts and his call can never be withdrawn.” Romans‬ ‭11:29‬ ‭ “For the word of God will never fail.”” Luke‬ ‭1:37‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
