All The Glory To God!

 

We know that all the glory belongs to God. When something great happens the first thing we should do is praise God, thanking Him and telling everyone that only God could have done it. I have realized in my life that nothing I have is not from God. Down to every detail God had planned for my life it all has worked for my good and that is nothing expect God's grace. We have to come to realize that only God can give us the things our heart desires. We are all that we are because of God, and He is the only one that should ever receive the glory. We are not self made, we are God made. Everything we have, everything that we do, everything we accomplish, every good thing that we receive is all from God. Today, give God all the glory. He is the one who deserves the praise. God will bless you with more if you're faithful with a little. Here are some verses to reflect on today.

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
