God's Grace Is A Gift.

“God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.”Ephesians‬ ‭2:8‬ ‭

God's grace is deeper than any of your failures. We have all made mistakes and walked ourselves into sin, situations and choices that we knew was not right. We all have done things that have made us far from perfect. We also have received a grace from God that cannot even be comprehend. We have to find that grace by asking for it. God's grace is not something that can or needs to be measured, instead we should receive it as the gift that it is. Today, accept that grace and stop punishing yourself for the things you've done. If God can forgive you then you can forgive yourself. God's grace covers it all, and you are more than forgiven. Let go and let God forgive you. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.” Hebrews‬ ‭4:16‬ ‭ “So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son.” John‬ ‭1:14‬ ‭ “Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace.” Romans‬ ‭6:14‬ ‭ “For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people.” ‭‭Titus‬ ‭2:11‬ ‭

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
