Rejoice In The Lord.

“Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice!” Philippians‬ ‭4:4‬ ‭

Today is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it. Today I was stressed, I was guilty of thinking the worst had happened. That showed I needed to have more faith. Everyday God gives us is a blessing, we should choose to spend the day rejoicing in God. You need to have faith in knowing God has taken care of the things you spend your time worrying about. I am guilty of letting the enemy control my mind at times, and that is not a good thing. God knows we aren't going to be perfect, but He expects us to trust that He has our best interest in mind and He is working it all out for our good. We cannot trust God and let the enemy control our minds. We have to trust God even when the day seems bad, knowing that it will end good because God is working it all out for our good. Today, rejoice in the Lord. Knowing that all things will workout if you're trusting God. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5:18‬ ‭ “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.”Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ “Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying.” Romans‬ ‭12:12‬ ‭ “Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” Philippians‬ ‭4:7‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
