What Is Meant To Be Will Be!

“If you keep quiet at a time like this, deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place, but you and your relatives will die. Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?”” Esther‬ ‭4:14‬ 

‭The story of Esther is one of my favorites, and so is this verse above. Have you ever noticed that Mordecai told her that if she didn't do what she was supposed to do, help would come from another place? I was thinking of a situation where I am in a place waiting for someone to help open a door for me to get a job. That I needed God to open a door for me, and I felt Him say, that if the person He has set to help open the door doesn't do so, that help will come for another place. We often find ourselves in fear that things won't open up, things won't have the outcome that we want because it's left up to someone else to step in and help. In those times we can count on the fact that the person that was called to help open the door for us either will, or God will send someone else who will do so. What is meant for us will always happen. You can't count on the fact that God will make sure the door opens if it's His will. Today, if you're waiting on someone to step in and help open a door, know that God will make a way. What is meant for you will come to pass. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” Romans‬ ‭8:28‬ ‭ “But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.” 1 Peter‬ ‭2:9‬ ‭ ““For many are called, but few are chosen.”” Matthew‬ ‭22:14‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
