Wherever You Go.

“Wherever you go and whatever you do, you will be blessed.” Deuteronomy‬ ‭28:6‬ 

‭Our protection is found in Christ alone. We have to stop depending on others to always stand up for us. I have learned that no one in this world will ever protect me like Jesus will. The best part about Him being our protector is that no matter where we go and where we are God is still there with us. He will be with us wherever we go. That means that there has never and will never be a moment that we are alone without Him. Today, find peace in knowing that the same God who is always protecting you is also with you wherever you go. Here are some verse to reflect on today. “For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go.” Psalms‬ ‭91:11‬ ‭ “This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”” Joshua‬ ‭1:9‬ ‭ “But Ruth replied, “Don’t ask me to leave you and turn back. Wherever you go, I will go; wherever you live, I will live. Your people will be my people, and your God will be my God.” ‭‭Ruth‬ ‭1:16‬ ‭ “No one will be able to stand against you, for the Lord your God will cause the people to fear and dread you, as he promised, wherever you go in the whole land.”Deuteronomy‬ ‭11:25‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. The waiting is important and a lesson is somewhere in the midst. Today, whatever it is God is having you wait for know that the season of waiting is often a time you look back on as a blessing. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
