Sent To Your Doorstep!

I had been wanting another cat, I told my family that I was praying if it was God's will that God would send me one. I have been saying that since September last year. A few weeks ago a stray came up and I fed it, and never seen it again. I wasn't too sad, because I done what I could do and felt it wasn't meant to be or was already someone else's cat. Today as we pulled into the driveway a kitten was sitting at my house. I went to every house in the neighborhood and asked if it was anyones, it wasn't. I then posted it on social media, and no one claimed it. Now this was a small detail to some, but a big detail to me. I was wanting a cat, God knew my heart and knew what I wanted. He sent one to my doorstep. You might be praying for a new car, house or job. Maybe even something entirely different, and it seems silent. God heard that prayer and He is working on it. Today, think about how He knows the things that you are wanting and how He will make a way for it happen. God can send something straight to your doorstep if you have a heart to believe He will. Nothing is impossible with God! Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God everything is possible.”” Matthew‬ ‭19:26‬ ‭ “He replied, “What is impossible for people is possible with God.”” Luke‬ ‭18:27‬ ‭ “For the word of God will never fail.”” Luke‬ ‭1:37‬ ‭ “Oh, how great are God’s riches and wisdom and knowledge! How impossible it is for us to understand his decisions and his ways!” Romans‬ ‭11:33‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
