By God's Grace.

“But whatever I am now, it is all because God poured out his special favor on me—and not without results. For I have worked harder than any of the other apostles; yet it was not I but God who was working through me by his grace.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭15:10‬ ‭

This next chapter of your life when God does something great don't forget to give Him all the glory. You did not get where you are on your own. When we are blessed we tend to forget how God got us to where we are, how He makes a way for us to receive the blessings we are praying for. We didn't get things on our own, it is all by God's grace. Think about it this way, when we get up to leave in the mornings it's by God's grace that our vehicles run properly, when your healthy remember that is a blessing from God's grace. Every little detail is by the grace of God, we are blessed to be His children. Today, give all the glory to God knowing that you did not get where you are by yourself. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.” Ephesians‬ ‭2:8‬ ‭ “And since it is through God’s kindness, then it is not by their good works. For in that case, God’s grace would not be what it really is—free and undeserved.” Romans‬ ‭11:6‬ ‭ “So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.” Hebrews‬ ‭4:16‬ ‭ “From his abundance we have all received one gracious blessing after another.” John‬ ‭1:16‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
