Glory To God!

“Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.” Ephesians‬ ‭3:20‬ ‭

Know that God will do it. I had an exam today after failing this week, I was extremely nervous more than before even though I knew I could retake it I did not want to have to. I prayed before my exam and asked God to please grant me the wisdom He did. I passed the test. I was so relieved knowing that it was only by His grace that I done so. Today, if you're asking God for wisdom or help know that He will show up but when He does do not forget to give Him the glory. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.”” Luke‬ ‭6:38‬ ‭ “And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.” 2 Corinthians‬ ‭9:8‬ ‭ “And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.”Philippians‬ ‭4:19‬ ‭ ““Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased.”” Luke‬ ‭2:14‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. The waiting is important and a lesson is somewhere in the midst. Today, whatever it is God is having you wait for know that the season of waiting is often a time you look back on as a blessing. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
