We Are God's Workers.

"For we are both God's workers. And you God's field. You are God's building." 1 Corinthians 3:9 See we are made to work for God, not for a slave, but as servants, wanting to do it. We have to want to willingly do so though, see when we start to become closer to God we want others to feel that same power of Christ that lives in us, the freedom He freely gave us. We need to want to be close as we can to God and His mighty power, and to work in anyway possible we can. We are God's building, when we do things we have to remember to do so in a representative of Christ as we know we are, we have to show people the love of God, and who He really is not how we are. We are meant to be a walking and talking messenger for Jesus, as He would want us to do so. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "The one who plants and the one waters work together with the same purpose. And both will be rewarded for their own hard work." 1 Corinthians 3:8      "For no...

Live By His Power.

"For the Kingdom of God is not just a lot of talk; it is living by God's power." 1 Corinthians 4:20 See we all are capable of talking like Christians, but to act like one is a completely different thing, we have to start to act like a Christian. We have to live by God's power, not by our words. We do have the power to speak things, good things, but we have to live by God. We also have to have attitudes like we live as Christ did. Start today not by just speaking, but start living by God's power and His truth. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "God has called us to live holy lives, not impure lives." 1 Thessalonians 4:7 "Those who say they live in God should live their lives as Jesus did." 1 John 2:6 "So be careful how you live. Don't live like fools, but like those who are wise." Ephesians 5:15 "Soon the world will no longer see me, but you will see me. Since I live, you also will live." John 14:19

Don't Let Freedom Lead You Astray.

"But you must be careful so that your freedom does not cause others with a weaker conscience to stumble." 1 Corinthians 8:9 See we are free in Christ Jesus, but we do have to be careful not to let that freedom go too far and lead us back into out sinful ways. When you feel like you are on the right path doing all you can do to be the best version of yourself, don't let that get in your head too much and cause you to stumble. We have to make sure we are staying on the right path and not falling, we are meant to be free from sin, anxiety, depression, stress, and sickness. We all though cannot let ourselves get too free and go back to the ways of sin. Stick to Jesus today, let Him lead the way. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "So because of your superior knowledge, a weak believer for whom Christ died will be destroyed." 1 Corinthians 8:11 "So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don't get tied up again in slavery t...

Let God Renew Your Thoughts.

"Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes." Ephesians 4:23 See we all have to start our journey with God by letting him renew us, we have to be open to change.See there are times in our lives where we are so ready to do something we want that we forget to include God and see His plan, and if what we want is according to his plans. We have to stop and and let God guide our steps. Today start by renewing our thoughts and focusing on God's plans not our own. Today let God renew your thoughts and attitudes. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "Put on your new nature created to be like God- truly righteous and holy." Ephesians 4:24 "Search me, O God, and now my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts." Psalms 139:23 "You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!" Isaiah 26:3 "My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts," says the Lord. "And my ways are far beyond...

Live In Freedom.

"For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom." 2 Corinthians 3:17 If you are a Christian and the Spirit lives in you, then you are free. You're free from depression, anxiety, sickness, stress, even sin. We will have hardships and trials, but wherever we are the spirit of the Lord is, and there is freedom. God doesn't want us to constantly live in fear. We have to give the burdens that are too heavy to God, and let Him handle the rest, wherever you are that is where God will find you. He didn't tell us our lives had to be perfect for us to come to Him, that we couldn't deal with anxiety, depression and stress and still be Christians, but He did tell us that wherever we are His freedom is. Live in God's freedom today. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don't get tied up again in slavery to the law." Galatians 5:1 "For you...

Believe it, then you will see it.

"What do you mean, 'If I can?'" Jesus asked. "Anything is possible if a person believes." Mark 9:23 See there are times in our lives where all of us need, or want something we keep asking, but we don't believe it will come to pass. The problem is the Bible tells us that anything is possible, if we believe, key word if. See If we want to see change we have to start believe it will happen. Start today, saying "I believe my circumstances will change, I believe God is changing things for me, I believe I will see it soon." The Bible tells is faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Start believe what you're praying for is about to happen, start speaking it into existence. Today things will change for you, if only you start to believe. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you've received it, it will be yours." Mark 11:24 "A...

The Living Water.

"Then Jesus and his disciples left Jerusalem and went into the Judean countryside. Jesus spent some time with them there, baptizing people." John 3:22  This verse gives me chills, for just a second let's think of ourselves as being there, imagine getting baptized by Jesus himself. I can only imagine how refreshing coming out of that water must have been. In today's world we all need to be refreshed at times, and see even though Jesus is no longer on earth with us, we still can get refreshed by his living water daily. The Bible tells is that anyone who believes in Jesus can come and drink from His living water. It's like this, on a hot day when you've been out in the sun that first sip of a cold glass of water is so refreshing, that is how is, that is how Jesus is willing to refresh us everyday with His Living Water. Today be refreshed in God's living water. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "Anyone who believes in me may come and drink! For t...

Put on the FULL armor of God.

"Put on all of God's armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil." Ephesians 6:11 My husband and I's anniversary is today, and he bought me new shoes, I had been begging for. As the day went on I looked over at them as I was cleaning things up and God spoke to me, He said "See that's how I work sometimes, in pieces. Like these new shoes I'm preparing you for something new, you will put the armor on and walk with me." It really spoke to me. There are so many times that I've prayed for something to change, but what God is wanting is for us to put on the full armor of God, and then we will withstand the storm. We have to learn to lean on God and put the armor on. Here in this time where God is teaching you so much be patient, and put on the armor. Here are some verses to reflect on. "Therefore, put on every piece of God's armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the b...

Three In One, explained.

"For when you see me, you are seeing the one who sent me." John 12:45 I was always raised that God is three in one, as I got older someone explained it to me in a way I could truly understand. He stated "See you have ice, boiling water that makes steam, and you have water itself, each are the same but in different forms." I finally could comprehend it, after all my life of being told about it. I personally understood it like this, my husband has 3 in 1 Soap, shampoo and conditioner, which they are the same bottle. They are all ingredient that formed into one product.  This verse came to me today, and I finally found where the Bible referred to them being the same persons. I have seen things on the 3 in 1 theory a lot the past two day's so I felt lead to write about it for other's to understand the way I did if they couldn't fully understand. I am here to please God not people, so if this happens to offend you I never meant for it to, I'm only the mes...

Leveling up.

"Now that you know these things, God will bless you for doing them." John 13:17 Something I've learned over time in my life is that sometimes God sends us into hard and difficult situations to teach us things the mountain tops never could. See in the valley we know that all around us is difficulties, but the one within us is stronger than any battle we will ever face. In the valley we will learn that the God on the mountain is still God in the valley, He is just as much faithful on bad days as He is on the good ones. If you're going through a difficult time remember that God did not send you in this circumstance to break you, He sent you in it to make you stronger and help you endure what's coming. When God get's ready to level you up you'll notice that you'll fight spiritually, but see you have to be able to have more faith, strength and not let things bother you in the season He's fixing to bring you in to. Get ready, You're about to level up...

Why YOUR Circle Is So Important.

"Seeing their faith, Jesus said to the paralyzed man, "My child, your sins are forgiven." Mark 2:5 I read a post today that stated, "In Mark 2, Jesus healed a paralyzed man because of his FRIENDS faith. This is why your circle matters." See in todays society people love to say, "But Jesus hung out with the sinners." That is taken so out of context all though the Bible clearly tells us we shouldn't judge others, it does say to judge the tree by the fruit it bares. Back to the part of Jesus hanging with sinners, although he ate with them, he didn't sin with them, or tell them the way they chose to live was okay, it was much different. He loved them, ate with them, but still preached to them in that time. See the more you hang around someone, a lot of times we seem to develop to their ways, and we tend to become more like them in ways we shouldn't. When you hang around someone you know isn't living right, make sure you don't let them ...

Just when you think it's over, God sends a miracle.

"You won't be able to say 'Here it is!' or 'It's over there!' For the Kingdom of God is already among you." Luke 17:21 When we think it's over, God is just getting started. See the enemy wants us to give up and give in, when we are closest to the breakthrough that is when the enemy fights the hardest, he doesn't want us to make it to the finish line. God let's the enemy fight against us, but it cannot ever over take us. Where God guides, God provides. When we start to want to give up, give in, and say that's it if God were going to let us have a baby, it would've happened by now, if God was going to heal me it would've happened by now, if God was going to send me a spouse it would've happened by now, or even if God were going to help us buy a new house it would've happened by now. I'm here to tell you right when you think it's over often times that is when God sends you a miracle, you might think it's over bu...

Tell the Mountain to MOVE!

"You don't have enough faith," Jesus told them. "O tell you the truth, if you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it would move. Nothing would be impossible." Matthew 17:20 We all have situations we are praying to move and to change, but sometimes they can't until you have so much faith that you imagine it already being changed, and start thanking God for the change before it even happens. I remember hearing a sermon, my Dad preached on one Sunday, he told a story of a woman who had a huge hill of dirt across the street from her house, it blocked the sunset and it really bothered her. She talked to her pastor about it and her pastor read her this verse and said start praying for it to move. She then every evening as she was at her kitchen window she bean to pray to see the sunset, and that the mountain would move, and one morning she woke up and dump trucks had pulled in to the dir...

Get Ready For The Rain Of Abundance!

"But Noah found favor with the lord." Genesis 6:8  See in Noah's day the earth had never had rain at all. God told him to build an ark, there was no rain, and no sign of it. God didn't give Noah a sign that it was really going to rain, God didn't let it start sprinkling or even let dark clouds come, instead He told Noah it was going to rain, with no evidence of it. That's how God works, He tells us to do something or tells us something great is going to happen, but there is no evidence. We see things being the same, we see no change by the work we are doing, but see God knew Noah would listen, without proof. That is how God teaches us sometimes, He tells us something, and we have to trust His words with no evidence. Just because it is silent doesn't mean that the blessings aren't coming. God has been showing me over and over that God is doing something great for so many of us, and it's sometimes easier for Him to work in silences. So, if it's ...

Death Could Not Hold you!!

"I will answer then before they even call on me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers." Isaiah 65:24  Now three days later look how good things turned out, even though everyone was upset yesterday the miracle came today. Jesus was resurrected. While yesterday was silent, today the tomb is empty. We are free from fear, sin and death thanks to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The grave could not hold Him, and it can't hold you either. God is about to raise you up from that addiction, that stress, that depression, that anxiety, anything you're struggling with remember He died on that cross, and was raised to life again thousands of years ago for you to be free in Him. Nothing is going to hold you back from God's destiny for you! Get ready for blessings!! Here are some verses to reflect on today. "but on face, Christ has been raised from the dead. He is the first of a great harvest of all who have died." ...

Might Be Silent Today, But Tomorrow He Will Rise Again.

"Unless the Lord had helped me, I would soon have settled in the silence of the grave." Psalms 94:17  Though it was silent on this day many years ago, when Jesus had passed the day before doesn't mean that nothing was happening, see even though everyone thought it was over. Jesus was in the grave, He had been crucified, it seemed like the end. Everyone was sad, and all was too quiet. Jesus was getting ready to rise again tomorrow, but no one seemed to know that. He was in the grave but He knew tomorrow He was going to rise again for all sins to be forgiven. He had changed the world forever. See there are times in our lives when we are praying for something and all is quiet, seems like nothing is happening, same for your situations, it might seem quiet today but you never know what miracle tomorrow could hold. Jesus is getting ready to rise again for the day of resurrection and He's about to take your troubles away with Him. You might not can see it right now, but God ...

Three Days Can Change A lot.

"Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they don't know what they are doing." and the soldiers gambled for his clothes by throwing dice." Luke 23:34 The fact that Jesus was such a forgiving Savior that He prayed that the ones who were taking his life would be forgiven. He is the same way with us, no matter what we do He forgives us. He understands what it is like to be human, He was human once also himself. Today, remember that He died on that cross for the sins we were yet to commit. If you are feeling like you don't deserve His grace and forgiveness remember that we could never earn it no matter what, He died on the cross to pay for the sins we couldn't pay for. We aren't here to earn His forgiveness, we are here to believe His forgiveness and believe He died on the cross that day. If you're going through something right now remember 3 days can change a lot, He might've died on Friday but He knew He would rise again on Sunday. Get ready to...

Let God Send The Right Friends.

"Of course, your former friends are suprised when you no longer plunge into the flood of wild and destructive things they do. They slander you." 1 Peter 4:4 Everyone goes through this at some point in their lives, I was younger when I gave my life to Christ, in the start of my teen years, at that time I did lose some friends. I wasn't interested in the things I use to have in common with them, I didn't have the attitude I did before that made me fit in so well, I didn't dress the same as them anymore, I even changed the way I talked, I no longer entertained the pointless conversations of gossip I use to be so invested in before Christ. That's how it is sometimes for us though we have to separate ourselves from the world. Sometimes God will isolate you to elevate you, just because you're going through a time where all your friends turned away doesn't mean you're not on the right path, it actually means the opposite, that you are on the right path. ...

Don't Judge, Show God's Light.

"They kept demanding an answer, so he stood up again and said, "All right, but let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone!" John 8:7  I absolutely love this verse, it teaches us so much. See Jesus was the only person in that crowd that had never sinned, and he was the one telling people not to throw the first stone. We all are so quick to judge others for what they wear, how the act, or their actions in general. We are not able to throw the first stone because none of us are someone who has never sinned. We aren't in a position to judge others, we all do this very often and it's sad because none of us are better than the next. We have to learn to have a mind to not judge others and to be quick to forgive. We aren't meant to be people who judge everyone we see, we are meant to be the ones who look at someone and think, we need to bring the light of Christ to them today. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "Instead, be kind to each other,...

Speak LIFE!

"Now, a person who is put in charge as a manager must be faithful." 1 Corinthians 4:2 If you've been praying for a promotion in work, or to do better in school, or just a promotion in general, be faithful when you get it. God levels you up don't forget how hard you prayed for it, and how much you wanted to be in the position you get. God is getting ready to level you up in all aspects of life, don't let the devil talk you out of it. Start to speak it in to existence, "I will be healed", "I will get that promotion", "I will make something out of my life." The Bible says faith is useless without works, start working by speaking it in to existence. Don't let those thoughts control you, start speaking good about your situation. The best is on it's way to you right now. God is sending you so many blessings get ready. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "And if Christ has not been raised, then all our preaching is useless...

Be Prepared,To Share The Good News.

"Preach the word of God. Be prepared, whether the time is favorable or not. Patiently correct, rebuke, and encourage your people with good teaching." 2 Timothy 4:2 Something we all need to do is be prepared to tell of Jesus no matter what situation we are in and no matter where we are. We have to be prepared to answer questions of why we believe what we do. I've had so many people ask me what makes you believe in God, and my answer is to help them understand I say, "You believe in oxygen and air right? Even though, you can't see it you know it's there no matter where you're at. That's how we as Christians are, no matter where we are we know God is there even if we can't see Him." Most start to think on my answer, and don't say much more. Sometimes spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ isn't so much telling them everything about him, but telling them what God has done for you. Today inspire someone with Jesus. Share the Good News in...

A Sky Full Of Signs.

"The Savior- yes, the Messiah, the Lord- has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David." Luke 2:11  The night Jesus was born there was a sign by the star of Bethlehem in the sky, there was no visible change to the world that night that could be seen to most people in the world, he was born in a stable. The three wise men, God, the Angels, the shepherds in the fields, Mary and Joesph were the only ones who knew the entire world was changed that day. See that's how life is sometimes, we pray so desperately for a change, but we see absolutely no change so we assume things are the same, but deep down that isn't true. Today as I sat outside enjoying the beautiful weather with the wind blowing I looked up and seen the moon was out, I could see it during the day. Even though I've been praying so hard for a change, I can't see things changing, it was a sign to me as I remembered that's how it was the night Jesus was born. When people seen the star, it was ...

Don't Judge, Be kind.

"God alone, who gave the law, is the Judge. He alone has the power to save or destroy. So what right do you have to judge your neighbor?" James 4:12 We all are guilty of judging others when we have no place to do so. When you feel the urge to judge someone remember that you're not the one in the place to do so, only God is. We weren't sent to this earth to make others feel bad, to feel less, to bring them down. We are here to lead them to Jesus, and leave the changing up to Him. We aren't going to be standing next to anyone but God on judgement day, e is the one who will decide what our and others motives are. We are called to be like Christ, we have to do our best, and let God do the rest. Today, lead someone to Jesus and leave the judging up to Him. Here are some verses to reflect on. "For you will be treated as you treated others. The standard you use in juding is the standard by which you will be judged." Matthew 7:2 "Don't speak evil again...

Don't ask why, ask what can I learn.

"For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways, and my thoughts higher than your thoughts." Isaiah 55:9 So many times we question "Why?" Why God am I going through this. Why am I being broken down? Why am I still hurting? Why haven't I got a breakthrough? Why haven't I met the person of my dreams? Why haven't I finally seen that change I've been praying so desperately for? Today, I'm here to tell you, find peace in where you're at. Find patience in this storm. God is always teaching us something. See if life was all sunshine and rainbows what would we learn? We would take so many things for granted that we have each day, we have to be thankful we woke up this morning. We have to be thankful for the little things in life that God has blessed us with. Today instead of asking why, ask God, "What can I learn from this today?" Here are some verses to reflect on. "Why am I discouraged? Why i...

Give up your load.

"One day Jesus told his disciples a story that they should always pray and never give up." Luke 18:1 We all at times want to give up, sometimes because were tired of fighting something for so long not seeing progress, or working hard for something and not getting what we thought we would out of it, or just being drained to the point we feel like we've done all we can do. Jesus tells us when we feel like this we should go be in prayer and not give up. Next time you're feeling like giving up go pray, lay down all your worry, doubt, stress, and weight you've been trying to hold yourself. Most the battles we face wouldn't be as difficult if we would just lay them at Jesus' feet. We all have things we're going through, and facing in life. Today if you're tired, and ready to give up, don't give up the fight, give up the load you're carrying. Lay it all at Jesus' feet. Let him heal all the brokenness. Keep the faith, God is about to bless you ...

Let God Give You Rest.

"So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God." Hebrews 4:9  We all feel tired at times, tired from the burdens we are carrying, tired from the world around us, tired from the battles within that we don't speak to anyone about, and sometimes just plain tired from everything. The world is so different than it was even 10 years ago, social media changed a lot, we now compare ourselves and our lives to what people show on social media, which we have no idea about what really goes on in their lives. We live in a world where stress is on everyones minds, no matter how at peace we are. We all are tired from things we are constantly dealing with, but we have a God who tells us so many times that He will give us rest. He is the ultimate source of our peace. When we're so drained and feeling like the weight of the world is on us we can go to Him and find rest. No matter what you're battling today, you can find rest in the Almighty God. Go to him in prayer...

Focus on Faith, Not Fear.

"Why are you still afraid? Do you still have no faith?" Mark 4:40  Something we all deal with is being afraid. We have to let faith be over our fear. This is something that isn't easy but it's worth it in the end. If God told you He's opening something for you don't let fear and doubt talk you out of it, if He said it, He will do it! Don't let the enemy change your mind on it. He will do it. We have to rely on faith, we can't let doubt take over us, when God wants it to happen it will. Let God teach you faith in the season you're in right now. Sometimes we are in hard situations in order to learn faith to the fullest extent. If we don't know what will happen next it will teach us to have more faith in God than ever. Today, lean on your faith. Do not be a afraid. God is at work in your life. If you don't see how things are going to work have faith, God has it all figured out!! Here are some verses to reflect on today. "It is all right,...

Turn From Evil.

"Their minds are full of darkness; they wander far from the life God gives because they have closed their minds and hardened their hearts against him." Ephesians 4:18 The first way the devil will try to take over you s through your mind, he will place evil thoughts in your mind, then you will start to wander further from God. Sometimes it's a slow process that you wader, other times it's all at once. Then you will start to have a closed mindset when it comes to the things you know you're supposed to do. Soon enough, you will have a hardened heart against God and everyone around you. See, this process starts small, it starts with a little bad thought and leads you so far from God. You have to keep evil thoughts far from your mind, when you think something like that you have to pray and rebuke the devil and all his evil schemes against you and your family. Say this prayer with me, "in the name of Jesus Christ I rebuke the devil, any thoughts he might try to us...

YOU are called for such a time as this.

"Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me- everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you." Philippians 4:9  When God call us to do something, sometimes we do it for a little while then get tired because we don't see any progress. We have to stick to what God has told us to do no matter what. Think of it like this, if Esther hadn't listened to her cousin when he told her to go and become queen, what would've happened to the Jews? What would've happened if Daniel had tried to find a way out of the lions den because he wasn't trusting God to keep them from hurting him? What if David didn't go fight Goliath out of fear? What if Jonah had not finally listened to God in the belly of the whale? All these stories would have had a complete different out come. God called each of them to fulfill their purposes. As it says in Esther,What if you were called for such a time as this? Don't get discour...

Don't Let Anger Have A Hold On You.

"For anger gives a foothold to the devil." Ephesians 4:27  When we let anger get the best of us that becomes a way in for the devil to control us and our minds. We have to learn to think things through when someone smarts off to us, picks us in the wrong place, and gets under our skin. We have to learn to be patient in all situations, never let someone know they're upsetting you. Put a smile on your face, be kind and walk away. Don't let them get the best of you. See, things sometimes look like someone just irritating you, but often times it's a test from the devil trying to get you. Today be kind when someone makes you a little mad, don't let that anger get you down, and don't let it show. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "And "don't sin by letting anger control you." Don't let the sun go down while you are still anger," Ephesians 4:26 "Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen...
